How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy. You can book an appointment online through our website for both new and returning patients. Alternatively, you can call our administration staff at (03) 9380 8099, and they will be happy to assist you in scheduling a visit with the practitioner of your choice.
Do I need a referral to see a practitioner?
Generally, no. Chiropractic, physiotherapy, podiatry, and acupuncture are recognised primary-care professions in Australia, so you can book directly without a referral.
A GP referral is only required in certain situations, such as:
Medicare EPC/Chronic Disease Management Plans for eligible chiropractic, physiotherapy, or podiatry visits
WorkCover, TAC, or DVA claims, which usually require a claim number and confirmation that treatment is approved
GP-coordinated care, where your doctor prefers shared management
Massage, naturopathy, and colonic hydrotherapy do not require referrals, although many people find that a collaborative approach with their other health providers can be helpful.
If you’re unsure whether your situation requires a referral, practitioners can clarify this before your appointment.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is designed to help the practitioner understand your concerns, identify what may be contributing to the problem, review your overall health, and outline a treatment approach that suits your needs.

Treatment on the same day, when clinically appropriate and safe
Every practitioner works independently and may use different assessment or treatment methods. If a collaborative approach would support your recovery, this can also be discussed.

What is your cancellation policy?
To help practitioners manage their schedules effectively and ensure appointment times are available to those who need them, we kindly ask that you notify the clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
The clinic sends SMS reminders the day before your appointment to help you avoid missing your session or incurring fees.
Please call 03 9380 8099 and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged directly by the practitioner, as each practitioner operates independently.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
