You can shop with confidence knowing you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide an exchange or refund if:
- You have proof of purchase
- You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and
- The product is in its original condition with all original packaging and labels and the product has not been washed, worn or used
- The product’s security seal is intact, unbroken (supplements & herbs)
- It is NOT a sale item
- Is NOT a medical-grade compression garment ~ As our compression garments are medical-grade, once the packaging is removed and items handled, they cannot be returned due to health regulations prohibiting cross-contamination
- Is NOT a Gift Card
- Is NOT personal care item that for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded such as a pillow
The benefits given to you under our `change of mind` returns policy are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless it is being returned under a Warranty Claim.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a major issue.
This is when the item:
- is faulty
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the description or sample shown on our website
- does not do what we said it would or what you ordered
For all warranty claims, we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering any exchange or refund. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us a photo of the defect or damage with an explanation to [email protected] We will contact you once we have completed our assessment. We do NOT refund worn-out garments or garments that have sustained aggressive wear. Like all material products, they have a limited lifespan and will need to be replaced once worn out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
