Natalie Turner – (Adv Dip Science Myotherapy, Member IRMA)
Natalie for many years was one of the key massage therapists for the professional rugby team Storm. She has worked full time at Brunswick Health Melbourne since 2001. She has a firm approach and a vast knowledge of sport-related injuries helping active people remain active from all walks of life.
Vanessa Bruce – Massage Therapist (Diploma Remedial Therapies, Member ANTA)
Vanessa is our newest member with the full package offering exercise programs and fast injury recovery strategies. She is serious about health and her mission is to help people reach their optimal state through postural correction and joint mobilisation. There is no halfway with Vanessa, so if you’re ready for the next level or just want to chill at your current pace, Vanessa can accommodate. She is able to go from a gentle relaxation massage to an extremely firm one, varying the pressure to different thresholds depending on the person’s needs and tolerances. She has a lovely manner that will make you feel right at home. Her educational background plus 10-years hands-on experience enables her to address a wide range of sporting injuries having worked in the trenches of many football clubs and ski resorts. Vanessa particularly likes working with pre and post-surgery injuries as well as helping new mums relax. In her spare time, Vanessa is an avid runner, snowboarder and yogi.

Nicholas Mazza – Massage Therapist (Diploma App Science, Remedial Therapies, Pending Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) Degree & Member MMA
Nicholas is an experienced remedial massage therapist, head sports trainer for the Pascoe Vale Panthers Football Club, and a student of Osteopathy due to graduate from his 6-year Applied Science degree in 2024.
His studies combined with his on-the-field experience have provided him with a unique set of skills and comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and how to identify, treat and prevent injuries.
Nicholas utilises a vast range of manual therapy techniques, such as Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Sports Massage. He combines these techniques with rehabilitative exercises tailored to improve the functionality of each individual patient. His great passion is assessing and treating conditions whether acute or chronic combined with a tailored rehabilitative program to help each individual reach optimal physical levels.
John Goodridge – Massage Therapist (Diploma App Science, Remedial Therapies, Member ATMS)
John has been working over 30 years as a massage therapist as well as a trainer for the VFL Bendigo Bombers and on occasions the AFL Essendon Football Club. He has been with us at Brunswick Health for the last 18 years establishing a loyal crew of clients mostly elite athletes that use massage as part of their preparation and well as injury prevention. John will tell it as it is, with no fluff, and keeps his clients on the move and focused on their end goal.
Chris Doyle (B Health Sc Acupuncture, Advanced Dip Health Sc Acupuncture, Dip App Sc Remedial Therapies, Colonic Hydrotherapy Foundation Level, Member of AACMA & ATMS)
Chris is an experienced Massage Therapist having worked in the field since 1996. In addition to his Remedial Massage diploma, he holds a degree in Acupuncture and more recently completed a course in Colonic Hydrotherapy to assist body detoxification processes.
With his vast experience and complex skill set, he is able to address a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He is known for his “iron thumbs” and dedication to his patients.

Accredited Graduating with a Diploma of Remedial Massage Frank has helped many people over the past few years overcome both Acute and Chronic pain with his thorough diagnosis and unique treatment style.
He specialises in holistic, therapeutic treatments incorporating Deep Tissue Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET’S), and stretching.
Frank has massaged top Australian competing triathletes as well as their coaches.
Paris Tremayne – Massage therapist (Diploma Remedial Therapies, Member AAMT)
With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Paris is dedicated to delivering the highest level of management of muscular dysfunction through his Remedial massage practice.
One of Paris’s main focuses in massage is musculoskeletal injuries as well as chronic conditions along with dealing with typical aches and pains such as stiff neck and shoulders, headaches or aching mid and lower back.
Utilising numerous Remedial techniques including, Myofascial Release, trigger point therapy, sports massage and deep tissue massage, Paris typically offers a firm but enjoyable massage targeting active trigger points often responsible for pain numbness and/or referral patterns.
As well as his firm deep tissue work, upon request, Paris can also offer a more relaxing style of massage taking a nurturing holistic approach to a session at whatever pressure is requested.
Outside of working as a remedial massage therapist, Paris also is a professional visual artist.
