Brunswick Health Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Brunswick Health. By accessing or using the services listed on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Brunswick Health operates as a service entity, providing facilities and administrative support to independent health practitioners. Brunswick Health does not employ or partner with any health practitioners using its facilities. Instead, we maintain a “Landlord-Tenant” style relationship, offering practitioners the use of our facilities, treatment rooms, and administrative services. All practitioners who utilise Brunswick Health are independent contractors operating under their own business names and Australian Business Numbers (ABN), and they maintain full autonomy over their professional practices, fees, and operations.

Each practitioner is responsible for their own professional indemnity insurance, patient care, and medico-legal accountability. Brunswick Health does not influence or control the medical or allied health services provided by practitioners, and we are not responsible for any treatment outcomes. We simply provide the space and administrative tools they need to conduct their businesses efficiently.
