Unused products in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, can generally be returned within a reasonable period. Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened — continence products, socks, insoles — usually cannot be, unless faulty. Yes, anywhere in Australia. Standard postage is $16.95 and express is $25.00, whatever is in the box, and you pick one at the payment step. Collecting from the clinic is free, and so is having it handed to you at an appointment you already have. A saliva hormone kit posts the same way — the kit comes to you and the sample goes to the laboratory. Hair mineral testing has no kit to post: you cut the sample at home and send it in.
