Unused products in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, can generally be returned within a reasonable period. Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened — continence products, socks, insoles — usually cannot be, unless faulty. Collecting from the clinic is free, and so is having it handed to you at an appointment you already have. A saliva hormone kit posts the same way — the kit comes to you and the sample goes to the laboratory. Hair mineral testing has no kit to post: you cut the sample at home and send it in.
