For practitioners

Tell us about your practice

A few questions before we talk, so the first call is about your practice rather than about the basics. It takes about three minutes.

  • Answered within one business day
  • A 20-minute call, then a tour
  • You keep your own patients
  • Goes straight to the clinic

Four things are required — your name, email, phone and the box asking what you are looking to build. Answer whatever else you know and leave the rest. You would be running your own practice here rather than taking a job, so this is an enquiry between two businesses.

The detail behind the arrangement — what the percentage covers, how fees are set, what happens to the patients you bring — is on the careers page.

Your practice
What do you practise?

One choice. If your discipline is not here, take the last chip and tell us.

How long have you been practising?

Only some professions are registered — leave it blank if yours is not.

Your own site, or a professional profile.

Do you hold professional indemnity insurance?
When you would practise
Which days suit you?

Tick as many as you like. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

Mornings or afternoons?
Would you be bringing patients with you?

Patients you bring stay yours. It tells us whether to talk about rooms on particular days, or about how clinic enquiries are directed.

A few sentences is plenty — what you practise, what you need in a room, and anything you would want to ask on the call.

How to reach you

Where the reply comes back.

The first step is a call, so this one is worth getting right.

Attach your CV (optional)

Your CV, a qualification, or anything else about your practice you would like us to see.

Or call (03) 9380 8099

We'll get back to you within one business day.

What happens next

  1. We read it and come back to you within one business day.
  2. A 20-minute call about your practice, the days you want and how the percentage works.
  3. A tour of the rooms, so you can see how the clinic runs before deciding anything.

Your details go to the clinic and nowhere else. They are not added to any patient list, and the tour and the conversation carry no obligation on either side.

Would you rather just talk?

Call and say you are enquiring about practising here. Reception is on the desk Monday – Friday 8:45am – 7:00pm, Saturday 8:45am – 4:00pm.
