This 30-minute session is required if you are returning to physiotherapy after an absence of 3 months or more, or if you are presenting with a new condition, regardless of when your last physiotherapy session was.
Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough reassessment to understand any changes in your condition, review relevant history, and update your treatment plan accordingly. This ensures you receive care that is both safe and appropriate for your current needs.
