She holds a Certificate in Colonic Hydrotherapy, Certificate IV in Massage, Certificate III in Fitness, and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. While Kass no longer practises myotherapy, her background in bodywork continues to inform her approach, especially through the integration of abdominal massage techniques to support natural bowel function and enhance the effectiveness of each session.
