How to Prepare for Your Appointment
🕙 Arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.

💳 Private Health Card (for on-the-spot claims).
📄 WorkCover, TAC, DVA, EPC claims – Bring all relevant documentation, including claim numbers.

What to WEAR:
👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing – you may be asked to loosen or remove some clothing for examination. Robes are available if needed or requested.

Payment is required on the day:

Claims & REBATE Information 💳
🏥 Private Health Insurance (HICAPS): We can process your claim on the spot via HICAPS. If you have appropriate cover, you will only need to pay the gap on the day. Please bring your private health card to your appointment. We recommend confirming with your insurer which services are covered to avoid any surprises. All our practitioners are registered HICAPS providers. Please note: colonic treatments are not covered by private health insurance.
💳 Medicare (EPC/CDM): Once payment is made in full on the day, we can lodge your claim electronically, and your rebate will be paid directly into the bank account you have registered with Medicare. A valid referral is required.
📄 WorkCover & TAC: Once payment is made in full on the day, we can email your receipt to the insurer on your behalf. Reimbursement is made directly to you by the insurer, subject to claim approval and a valid claim number.
💡 Please note: All rebates are managed by the relevant third party. For questions about your claim or rebate payments, please contact Medicare or your insurer directly.
